Le directeur de l'Université Chahid Hama Lakhdar, le professeur Omar Farhati, en visite scientifique à l'Université de Cafoscari à Venise, en Italie, dans le cadre des travaux du projet de gouvernance ESAGOV.
Le Recteur de l'Université de Chahid Hama Lakhdar, le Professeur Omar Farhati, accompagné de son adjoint chargé de la recherche scientifique et du post-diplôme, le Professeur Mansour Boubacar, a participé en tant que représentants de l'Université de l'Oued au projet européen pour l'enseignement supérieur algérien sous Gouvernance universitaire ESAGOV. L'Université de Cafoscari à Venise, en Italie, a accueilli les activités de cette visite scientifique, qui dure 5 jours. A l’instar de 12 universités algériennes et des représentants du ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche scientifique, les participants assistent à diverses conférences et ateliers, ainsi qu’à visiter différents départements de l’université pour échanger leurs expériences dans le domaine de l’assurance qualité et du projet de l’institution.
