En préparation de la quatrième édition du Concours National Universitaire, organisé à l'Université Martyr Hama Lakhdar d'El Oued, en mars 2023. 
La Sous-Direction des Activités Scientifiques, Culturelles et Sportives organise un atelier de formation pour les étudiants participant au concours local. Cet atelier comprend :
