Training certificates were delivered to 45 executives and employees at the University of the Valley
Today, July 10, 2023, the Director of the University of Martyr Hamou Lakhdar, Professor Omar Farhati, supervised a ceremony in the VIP hall to hand over training certificates to the executives and employees of the University of El Oued.
These executives and employees underwent training courses by the Souf Academy School within the framework of a partnership with the university represented by the General Secretariat through the Training Department.
About 45 trainees, including secretaries-general of faculties, branch directors, heads of departments and university employees, benefited from these courses. The training courses covered the following areas: results-based management, statistical analysis of data, organization and management of libraries, applications related to human resources management, and a course on organic law related to financial laws and implementing texts.
On this occasion, the University Director delivered a speech to the attendees, where he praised this qualitative training organized in coordination with the Souf Academy School in line with the plan of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, thanking the Head of the Training Service at the Center for the efforts made and the university employees for the university's achievement of the highest level, calling for the intensification of other training courses, wishing success for the upcoming courses. For their part, the Vice-Director of the University in charge of External Relations, Habib Qaddah, and the Vice-Director of Training in the Third Phase and Scientific Research, Professor Boubaker Mansour, praised this batch and considered that the qualitative training received by these executives and employees would raise the level of performance and quality of management. In his speech, the Director of the Souf Academy School thanked the University Director for his efforts and the university family for the dynamism witnessed by the university. He congratulated the University Director on the Medical Annex, calling for the best provision in the quality of training, referring to a number of other training courses that university employees can benefit from.
