عقد اليوم الثلاثاء 22 اكتوبر السيد الآمين العام لجامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر الدكتور شوقي مدلل اجتماعا تنسيقيا لأجل توحيد المعايير التقنية والعمل بمكتبات الجامعة وعقد الاجتماع بمعية مديرة المكتبة المركزية السيدة جابو عديلة وبحضور مسؤولي مكتبات الكليات ومسؤول مصلحة المعالجة بالمكتبة المركزيةً ومهندس الإعلام الآلي للمكتبة السيد نابتي عامر الذي قدّم عرضًا حول برمجية *Koha* وطريقة الانتقال من نظام *سنجاب* إلى النظام الجديد. وتضمن الاجتماع المحاور التالية: 1- وضعية خدمة الإعارة في جميع المكتبات موسم 2024/2025. 2- توحيد تصنيف كافة مراجع المكتبة. 3- الانتقال من برمجية سنجاب إلى برمجية Koha 4- تكملة العمل على مستوى المستودع الرقمي. 5- تحيين الفهرس المتاح على الخط (OPAC) 6- ساعات العمل إلى غاية الساعة العاشرة (22:00) ليلاً. 7- متفرقات في الختام، أكد السيد الأمين العام على ضرورة الالتزام بهذه التعليمات لتحقيق خدمات عالية الجودة والمساهمة في رقي مرئية الجامعة من خلال الخدمات التي تقدمها المكتبات لطلبتنا
