L'Université d'El Oued participe au Festival étudiant tuniso-algérien

Dans le cadre de l'accord de coopération 5+5 entre les universités algériennes et leurs homologues tunisiennes, aujourd'hui 25 avril, la délégation de l'Université Chahid Hama Lakhdar - El Oued - a été reçue par le Professeur Taha Guerfal, Président de l'Université de Kairouan - Tunisie, ainsi que M.
