University of El Oued organizes a training day on the new budget reform
Today, 2022.06.27, Mr. Secretary General of the University of Martyr Hamou Lakhdar Chawki Medallal, on behalf of Mr. President of the University, Professor Dr. Omar Farhati, opened the work of the training day on the new budgetary reform according to the approach of programs and objectives for the benefit of the deans of the faculties and their secretaries-general.
The training meeting was attended by the university’s vice-chancellors in charge of external relations, third-level training, scientific research, first- and second-level training, deans of faculties, the director of the Institute of Islamic Sciences, and the secretaries-general of the faculties.
The Secretary-General of the League gave an opening speech in which he explained the topic of the training day, its themes, and some of the guidelines framing the meeting.
The training day's activities focused on a theoretical presentation given by Professor Amar Hamda on the budget, explaining the types of financial appropriations, equipment expenses, program licenses, and other points included in the framework of budgetary reform. The Vice-Rector of the University for the First and Second Levels, Professor Dr. Bashir Manai, also gave a presentation on the higher education program, its objectives, and its prospects from 2022 to 2025. The training meeting witnessed the presentation of a number of inquiries and suggestions on the topic of the training day by the attendees.
