The Director of the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar, Professor Omar Farhati, accompanied by his deputy in charge of scientific research and post-graduation, Professor Mansour Boubaker, participated as representatives of the University of El Oued in the European project Algerian higher education under university governance ESAGOV.
