A coordination meeting to establish the strategic program for digitization in its pedagogical aspect at the University of the Valley
Today, Sunday, September 10, 2023, in the meeting room of the central administration, the Vice Chancellor of the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar, the official in charge of the strategic plan for digitization, Professor Qadda Al-Habib, and the official of the local committee for establishing distance education, Dr. Jalab Muhammad Al-Saleh, held a coordination meeting, accompanied by the professors, in accordance with the instructions of the University Rector, Professor Omar Farhati, in order to establish The strategic program for digitization in its pedagogical aspect and supporting professors with technical tools and modern technology in the educational framework. The training program for professors has exceeded more than half of the university’s professors in various colleges and specializations. Over the course of two weeks, the training program will be launched for this year 2023/2024 on methods and techniques of teaching and distance education and the establishment of the strategic program. For digitization, the training targets 160 professors from various specializations in the fields of distance teaching pedagogy, approved methods and software, in addition to cloud management and cloud storage.
The training program that will be launched this week has been prepared for each component, according to each college and each specialty, to establish the distance education process.
