عقد اليوم 21 سبتمبر 2022  الأمين العام لجامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر السيد شوقي مدلل وبتوجيه من السيد مدير الجامعة البروفيسور عمر فرحاتي اجتماعا تنسيقيا مع  كل من البروفيسور بوبكر منصور نائب مدير الجامعة المكلف بالبحث العلمي ومحاسب  الدولة المعتمد السيد النين السعيد والمحاسب الفرعي للميزانية السيدة نادرة الزايز، حيث تم مناقشة التسيير المالي للمخابر الجامعية بجامعة الوادي.
وقد تم في هذا اللقاء تقديم عرض مفصل حول مدى التقدم في إعداد الميزانية لكل مخبر وكيفية رصد الاعتمادات على مستوى المواد المرتبطة بالمدونة الجديدة للتسيير حيث اتفق الجميع على تكثيف الجهود، وعقد جلسات مع السادة مدراء المخابر للنظر في الاعتمادات الممنوحة وفق المدونة الجديده مخبرا بمخبر على ان يتم برمجة جلسة عمل جماعية يوم الاحد المقبل لضبط كل الترتيبات المالية التي من شأنها ضمان حسن سير المخابر الجامعية وصرف كل الاعتمادات المالية المخصصة لحسن سير وجودة المنتجات العلمية والبحثية لمخابر جامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر.
