Important Announcement for Students of the University of El Oued

The University of El Oued, in cooperation with Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech), Estonia, is pleased to
announce the opening of applications for Erasmus+ KA171 International Credit Mobility opportunities for the spring
semester of the 2026/2027 academic year.
Under the current Erasmus+ KA171 project, TalTech can host up to 3 Master or PhD students from the University of El
Oued for either a study semester or, subject to a separate procedure, a traineeship period.
Mobility Details
 Number of available mobility places: 3
 Eligible levels: 2 nd year Master and at least 2 nd year PhD students
 Host institution: Tallinn University of Technology (TalTech), Estonia
 Mobility period: Spring semester 2027
 Mobility options: Study semester or traineeship period
Eligibility Conditions
 Applicants must be officially enrolled at the University of El Oued at Master or PhD level.
 Students may only be nominated in a subject area covered by the Erasmus+ Inter-Institutional Agreement (IIA)
between the University of El Oued and TalTech.
 The student must be studying at the University of El Oued in the same subject area for which they are nominated.
 Nominations that do not correspond to the agreed subject area and study level may be rejected by TalTech.
 Applicants must satisfy TalTech academic, language, and course-specific requirements.
Study Requirements at TalTech
 Exchange students must take at least 15 ECTS during the semester.
 At least 70% of the selected courses must correspond to the subject area and academic level studied at the home
university and indicated in the nomination.
 Some TalTech departments and courses have additional prerequisites or restrictions, as indicated in the course
catalogue.
 Some courses have a limited number of places for Erasmus+ students and may be allocated on a first-come, first-
served basis according to the order in which complete applications are submitted.

 Before the Spring 2027 catalogue is published, students may consult the Spring 2026 catalogue as a reference when
preparing a preliminary study plan.
Required Application Documents
Applicants should prepare the documents required by TalTech and by the University of El Oued selection procedure. The
complete TalTech application must include all required documents by the final application deadline, including in
particular:
 Learning Agreement
 Language proficiency certificate

Selection and Nomination Procedure
1. Application and selection at the University of El Oued: eligible applications will be evaluated according to the
University’s internal Erasmus+ selection procedure.
2. Nomination to TalTech: selected candidates will be formally nominated by the University of El Oued through the
SoleMove platform.
3. Student registration in SoleMove: the nomination is valid only if the nominated student also completes their own
SoleMove registration and application within the applicable deadline.
4. TalTech eligibility and application review: the host university will verify the student’s field, academic level,
documentation, course selection, and other eligibility requirements.

Traineeship Mobility
Students interested in an Erasmus+ traineeship at TalTech may also be considered within the available mobility places.
Because the traineeship nomination procedure differs from the study-semester procedure, shortlisted applicants for
traineeship mobility will receive separate instructions after the internal selection stage.
Additional Information
 TalTech will provide nominated students with their credentials and further application instructions after the
nomination deadline.
 Nominated students are strongly encouraged to attend the TalTe vcch online information session on 4 November 2026
from 13:00 to 15:00 (Estonian time).
