The Director of El Oued University inaugurates the audio-visual studio at the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences
Today, January 16, 2023, Professor Omar Farhati, Director of the University of Martyr Hamou Lakhdar, inaugurated the audio-visual studio at the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by the Vice-Director, the Dean of the College, the Director of the Higher School of Desert Agriculture, the heads of the college departments, the Secretary-General of the University, the officials of the Media and Communication Cell, and a number of administrative and pedagogical cadres, in addition to the students.
The audiovisual studio covers an area of approximately 1,000 square meters and consists of two rooms; one for the technical display and the other for the broadcast studio, in addition to an extension that will be prepared soon. This media facility also has advanced equipment that allows broadcasting, recording and technical processing according to the latest technology.
On this occasion, the university studio channel presented an opening segment that consisted of conducting an interview on the channel’s topic, which was moderated by the head of the department, Dr. Hamza Qaddah, with the university director and his accompanying delegation. The director congratulated the college and the university on this media achievement, highlighting the importance of the new media facility and its goal, as this facility is a qualitative addition to the university and the college, especially in the practical training aspects for students, as well as the media services that the channel is expected to provide to the university. The studio guests also delivered congratulatory words on the occasion.
