Le ministère de l’enseignement supérieur et de la recherche scientifique est destinataire d’une offre de formation de trois (03) semaines entièrement financée, lancée par l’International Sea Mineral Resources NV qui se déroulera à Anvers en Belgique autour des technologies et équipements de dragage de pointe.
