أصدر وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي قرارا جديدا بفتح قسم علم النفس وعلوم التربية بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية والانسانية بجامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر. ويحمل هذا القرار رقم 771 مؤرخ في 06 جويلية 2022 ويعتبر قرارا متمما للقرار السابق رقم 475 المؤرخ في 16 ديسمبر 2022 المتضمن إنشاء الأقسام المكونة لكلية العلوم الاجتماعية والانسانية لدى جامعة الوادي. وتتمثل أقسام هذه الكلية في قسمين سابقين هما قسم العلوم الاجتماعية، وقسم العلوم الانسانية، وثلاثة أقسام جديدة تنطلق في العمل في الموسم الجامعي القادم وهي قسم الإعلام والاتصال، وقسم التاريخ وقسم علم النفس وعلوم التربية.
