L'étudiant Abdel Moneim Amer de l'Université d'El Oued remporte le Prix du Président pour les jeunes créateurs « Ali Maachi » pour la poésie

L'étudiant et poète Abdel Moneim Amer, étudiant au Département des Médias de la Faculté des Sciences Sociales et Humaines de l'Université Martyr Hama Lakhdar, a reçu le Prix « Ali Maachi » du Président de la République pour la poésie pour jeunes créateurs.
Ce prix commémore l'assassinat barbare de l'artiste martyr Ali Maachi par les forces coloniales le 8 juin 1958.
Félicitations pour cette réalisation et à Valley University pour cette distinction.
