Le Directeur de l'Université de la Vallée et sa délégation qui l'accompagne participent au Forum International de l'Innovation et signent des accords de coopération
 
A l'invitation du Directeur de l'Université des Langues du Monde de Tachkent, le Directeur de l'Université Shahid Hama Lakhdar-El Oued, le Professeur Omar Farhati et sa délégation qui l'accompagnait, ont participé au Forum International pour l'Innovation organisé par le Ministère de l'Enseignement Supérieur, Science et innovation de l'État d'Ouzbékistan avec la participation de nombreux organismes internationaux, dont la Corée du Sud, l'Inde, les Émirats, l'Estonie, la Hongrie...etc. 
La délégation algérienne a passé en revue les différentes activités liées à cet événement important, notamment les interventions et présentations des participants au forum, à travers lesquelles ils ont mis en valeur leurs diverses expériences dans le domaine du développement de l'innovation.
La délégation algérienne était accompagnée du président de l'Université de Tachkent et du président de l'Université des langues de Namangan. 
En marge du forum, deux accords de coopération ont été signés avec l'Université de la Vallée :
1/ Accord de coopération et annexe Avec l'Université d'État des langues du monde à Tachkent, Ouzbékistan.
2/ Accord de coopération avec l'Université des Langues Etrangères de Namangan, Ouzbékistan.
