Dans le cadre de la mobilité étudiante du programme Erasmus, l'Université Chahid Hama Lakhdar - El Oued - a étudié aujourd'hui, au bureau d'accueil des étudiants internationaux, les dossiers des candidats à une bourse en Lettonie pour étudier un semestre complet à plein tarif à Université technique de Riga.
