اجتماع تنسيقي بجامعة الوادي لضبط الترتيبات النهائية لاحتفالية عيد العمال

في إطار التحضيرات المتواصلة لتنظيم احتفالية عيد العمال بجامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر عقد اليوم 26 أفريل 2025 الأمين العام للجامعة الدكتور شوقي مدلل وفق توجيهات السيد مدير الجامعة البروفيسور عمر فرحاتي اجتماعًا تنسيقيًا بحضور مدير الأنشطة الجامعية والمديرة الفرعية للوسائل ومدير الخدمات الاجتماعية، والأمناء العامين للكليات وعدد من الاساتذة ومركز السمعي البصري.

حيث تم التطرق إلى الترتيبات النهائية الخاصة بتنظيم فعاليات الاحتفالية المقررة بمناسبة عيد العمال الموافق للفاتح من ماي.

وخلال الاجتماع، تم التأكيد على:

– ضبط برنامج الحفل وتحديد فقراته الرسمية.

– التنسيق مع مختلف المصالح لضمان توفير كافة الإمكانيات اللوجستية والتنظيمية.

– إتمام ترتيبات تكريم موظفي وعمال الجامعة نظير جهودهم.

– الحرص على إشراك مختلف الفاعلين بالجامعة لإنجاح التظاهرة في أجواء احتفالية تليق بالمناسبة.

وفي ختام الاجتماع، شدد الأمين العام على أهمية إنجاح هذا الحدث الذي يُعد محطة سنوية للاعتراف بمجهودات أسرة الجامعة من عمال وموظفين، مؤكداً على ضرورة العمل بروح جماعية لضمان نجاح الاحتفالية العزيزة على أسرتنا الجامعية ومكانتها المميزة.
