Le ministère de l'Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche scientifique a reçu une correspondance de l'ambassade de la République de Bulgarie en Algérie, contenant une offre de formation en langue bulgare au profit des étudiants algériens, au niveau du Département de l'enseignement des langues et du maintien de la qualification ( DLTCQ) à l’Université « KLIMENT.ST ».
