Sous les directives du directeur de l'Université Martyr Hama Lakhdar, le professeur Omar Farhati, et le suivi de son adjoint aux études, le professeur Bashir Manai, la délivrance des cartes d'étudiant, des certificats scolaires et des procédures de prise d'empreintes électroniques a commencé aujourd'hui mardi. , le 17 septembre, à l'Université de l'Oued, dans les huit collèges de l'université.

Le processus a été soigneusement organisé et a été bien accueilli par nos nouveaux étudiants, qui sont au nombre de plus de 6 053 étudiants.
