Executive Decree No. 03-279 dated 24 Jumada al-Thani 1424, corresponding to August 3, 2003, defines the tasks of the university and the rules for its organization and operation.
Resolution No. 62 dated August 4, 2004 determines the administrative organization of the university directorate, the college, the institute, the university annex, and their common interests.
Executive Decree No. 06-343 dated 4 Ramadan 1427 corresponding to September 27, 2006 amends and supplements Executive Decree No. 03-279 dated 24 Jumada al-Thani 1424 corresponding to August 23, 2003, which defines the tasks of the university and the rules for its organization and operation.
