The Secretary General of the University of the El Oued holds a preparatory meeting for the closing ceremony of the 2023/2024 university season 

Under the direction of Mr. Director of the University of Martyr Hamou Lakhdar, Professor Omar Farhati, the Secretary-General of the University, Dr. Shawqi Madallal, held a coordination meeting today, June 12, 2024, in preparation for the closing ceremony of the 2023-2024 academic year in the meeting hall of the central administration, in the presence of the Secretaries-General of the faculties, a representative of the Sub-Directorate of Activities, the Central Cell for Media and Communication of the University, the coordinator of the closing ceremony, Dr. Abdel Hamid Faraj, the Sub-Director of Means and Maintenance, the official of the Audiovisual Center, and the Head of the Cleaning Service.
The Secretary General of the University opened the meeting, pointing out the great importance of the event and the consolidation of the traditions of the University of the Valley in its distinction and creativity. The Secretary General also stressed the necessary directives and recommendations that touch on all the details of the ceremony from its beginning to its conclusion, and the necessity of adhering to all the instructions directed to the Secretaries General and the attendees.
The Secretary-General also stressed the need for full commitment to the tasks assigned to each at his level and to work according to the instructions presented at the meeting in order to ensure the success of the closing ceremony of the 2023/2024 academic year, which will be held on Monday, June 24, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. in the Abu Al-Qasim Saadallah Grand Lecture Hall.
