A coordination meeting for the University’s Deputy Director for External Relations with the Uzbek delegation
Within the framework of external cooperation and exchange and activating the twinning agreement between the University of Shahid Hama Lakhdar in El Oued and the State University of Languages in Uzbekistan, today, May 22, 2024, the University’s Deputy Rector in charge of External Relations, Dr. Mohamed Fouad Farhat, chaired a meeting with the representative of the University’s Deputy Rector for Pedagogy, Dr. Tarek Samari, and representatives of the Faculty of Arts and Languages. From the deputies of the Dean and the heads of departments, and on the one hand, the delegation of the University of Uzbekistan, represented by the Professor of Translation, Zoubaidi Ahmed, the Head of the Arabic Language Department, Kodirova Kamala Salikhovna, and the Head of the Department of Certificates and Joint Studies, Abdullaveva Nigora Sand Jarovna, in the meeting room of the central administration.
During the meeting, the study of establishing a joint diploma was discussed within the framework of the twinning agreement between the two universities. It also touched on ways to activate academic communication, joint research production, facilities for professors and students within the research movement, and what the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is urging.
