A committee of specialized professors to train professors remotely at the University of El Oued. Today, November 21, 2022, the Vice-Rector of the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar in charge of scientific research, Professor Dr. Boubaker Mansour, and under the direction of the University Director, Professor Omar Farhati, held a coordination meeting with the Vice-Rector of the University in charge of Pedagogy, Professor Dr. Bashir Manai, the Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences in charge of Studies, Dr. Shawqi Qaddadra, the Engineer Al-Eid Kenioua, and the professors specialized in the field of distance training in the meeting hall of the central administration. جامعة الوادي تنظم يوما دراسيا حول آليات تطبيق القرار 1275 المتعلق بشهادة مؤسسة ناشئة. قامت جامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر بالوادي اليوم الإثنين 21 من شهر نوفمبر من سنة 2022 وبقاعة  المحاضرات الكبرى بتنشيط يوم دراسي حول القرار 1275 المتعلق بشهادة تخرج-مؤسسة ناشئة. افتتح النشاط السيد مدير الجامعة البروفيسور عمر فرحاتي مركزا على ضرورة الإستفادة من مثل هكذا قرارات التي من شأنها أن تجعل الطالب الجامعي يفكر في مشروعه الخاص دون انتظار للوظيفة، مؤكدا في نفس الوقت على أن الجامعة قد وفرت كل الإمكانيات التي من شأنها أن ترافق أصحاب المشاريع في تحويل أفكارهم إلى مؤسسات، مثمنا في نفس الوقت الجهود …
