The Secretary General of the University of El Oued receives members of the office of the “Snapapp” union. Today, November 19, 2024, the Secretary General of the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar, Dr. Shawqi Madallal, received members of the office of the union branch of the National Independent Union of Public Administration Employees Snapap. On this occasion, Mr. Saadane Abdelhai, in his capacity as Secretary of the union branch, submitted the file for the accreditation of the union branch office to the University of El Oued. The Secretary General provided the members of the office of the “Snapapp” union with general instructions regarding union work within the framework of the laws in force, stressing the importance of the positive role played by union organizations in the higher education and scientific research sector.
