This morning, Monday, September 4, 2023, the Director of the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar - El Oued - Professor Omar Farhati, visited the Faculty of Arts and Languages, where he supervised, along with the Dean of the Faculty, Professor Dalal Washan, and her Vice-Dean for Studies, Dr. Nasr Dahda, and the administrative and pedagogical staff of the faculty, the process of delivering smart cards and registering electronic fingerprints, which started yesterday at the level of all faculties of the university. The Director monitored all logistical aspects and the progress of the process, which was distinguished in all its aspects. He met with the newly registered students and the faculty staff, and expressed his satisfaction with the excellence of the university and the Faculty of Arts and Languages.
