The Director of the University of El Oued inaugurates the Southern Symposium on “Learning Poverty” Today, December 4, 2023, the Director of the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar, Professor Omar Farhati, inaugurated the one-day Southern Symposium on “Learning Poverty” organized remotely and via Zoom by the Pragmatics and Discourse Analysis Laboratory in partnership with the Higher Council for the Arabic Language and the Ministry of National Education. Several academic figures and scientific figures participated in the symposium with interventions on the topic of the symposium and the participation of two members of the Higher Council for the Arabic Language, namely the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Languages, Professor Dalal Washan, and Professor Bashir Manai, Vice President of the University for Pedagogy.
