The Vice-Rectorate of El Oued University for Training in the Third Phase and Scientific Research Evaluates the Face-to-Face Training for Newly-Recruited Professors Today, 06/21/2022, Mr. Vice-Rector of the University of Martyr Hamou Lakhdar in charge of Training in the Third Phase and Scientific Research, Professor Dr. Boubaker Mansour, supervised the activation of a final evaluation session for the face-to-face training for newly-hired professors in the training hall of the Central Library. The evaluation session addressed many axes that were discussed and some opinions were proposed. These axes touched on the organizational aspects, the content of the material presented, the training method, the relationship with the host institution, the professor’s personal experience, and the prospects for developing the training in the future.
