The Director of the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar, Professor Omar Farhati, accompanied by his deputy in charge of scientific research and post-graduation, Professor Mansour Boubaker, participated as representatives of the University of El Oued in the European project Algerian higher education under university governance ESAGOV. The University of Ca' Foscari in Venice, Italy, hosted the work of this scientific visit, which lasts for 5 days.
