El Oued University benefits from a technological facility on smart portable systems The University of Martyr Hamou Lakhdar-El Oued has benefited from a new technological facility represented by a technological platform for smart portable systems at the Research Center for Industrial Technologies CRTI. The creation of this technological platform on smart portable systems came under a joint ministerial decision dated March 29, 2022, signed by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Abdelbaqi Benziane, and the Minister of Finance, Abdelrahmane Raouia, where only two university institutions at the national level have benefited from it, which are considered a party to the technological platform, namely the University of El Oued and the University of Boumerdes.
