The Director of El Oued University holds a working session to discuss new sector projects Today, November 23, 2022, the Director of the University of Martyr Hamou Lakhdar, Professor Omar Farhati, chaired a working session in his office to discuss new projects for the university sector, including the pedagogical fields project, the university excellence pole project, the topic of start-ups, and the project of the proposed new institutes for the wilayas of El Meghair and Touggourt.
