The Director of El Oued University leads a delegation to visit the State University of World Languages in Uzbekistan. The Director of the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar, Professor Omar Farhati, began a scientific visit to the State University of World Languages in Uzbekistan, which falls within the embodiment of the content of the twinning agreement concluded between El Oued University and the State University of World Languages. The Director was accompanied by his Deputy for External Relations and Cooperation, Professor Habib Qadda, and the Secretary-General of the University, Dr. Shawqi Madallal.
