Coordination meeting with Naberezhnye Chelny University to open a Russian language center in Algeria and a branch at El Oued University
Today, Wednesday, June 21, the Director of the University of Martyr Hamou Lakhdar, Professor Omar Farhati, and his Deputy for External Relations, Professor Qaddah Al-Habib, participated in a remote meeting that included officials from the University of Naberezhnye Chelny, the Director of the University of Biskra, Professor Mahmoud Dabbash, and the Deputy Director of the University of Algiers 2, Professor Asmaa Qased. The meeting discussed preparations for the opening of the Russian Language Center in the capital and the overall conditions for study. This center is expected to open next September, while the possibility of opening branches in El Oued and Biskra will be studied in January 2024.
