Meeting of the Board of Directors of the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar El Oued
Today, June 19, 2023, the Board of Directors of the University of Martyr Hamou Lakhdar in El Oued held its second regular session in the meeting hall of the central administration, headed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Director of the University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla, Professor Halilat Mohamed Taher. The meeting was attended by the University Director, Professor Omar Farhati, his deputies, the Secretary-General of the University, members of the Board of Directors, representatives of the provincial sectors, deans of faculties, and representatives of students and workers.
The meeting focused, according to the agenda, on:
- Presenting the pedagogical and research results
- Consumption status of the 2022 budget.
- Presentation of the 2023 budget.
-Consumption status of the 2023 budget.
- Presentation of the 2024 budget project.
- Miscellaneous.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Professor Halilat Muhammad Al-Tahir, opened the session by welcoming the members of the Board and gave the floor to the University Director, Professor Omar Farhati, who in turn welcomed the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the members.
The Vice-Rector of the University, Professor Bachir Manaei, gave a comprehensive presentation on the achievements of the Vice-Rectorate of the University for Pedagogy, while the Vice-Rector of the University for Scientific Research, Professor Boubaker Mansour, gave a presentation on the achievements of the activities of the University Directorate for Scientific Research. For his part, the Vice-Rector of the University for External Relations, Professor Qaddah Al-Habib, gave a presentation on the achievements of the Vice-Rectorate of the University for External Relations. In his speech, the Vice-Rector of the University in charge of Development and Foresight, Dr. Abdel Halim Lassoud, gave a presentation on the achievements and activities of the Vice-Rectorate of the University for Development, Foresight and Guidance. The Secretary-General of the University, Mr. Shawqi Madallal, also gave a presentation on the university budget, which consisted of presenting the 2023 budget and presenting the 2024 budget project.
Then the Chairman of the Council referred the floor to the honourable members and opened the discussion and explanations.
In conclusion, the University President thanked the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the attendees. The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Professor Halilat Mohamed Taher, praised the great efforts made and being made by the University President, Professor Omar Farhati, at all levels to develop the university and the results achieved. He also thanked the entire university family of the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar, professors, students, workers and employees.
