University Board of Directors

It consists of representatives of some ministries and members elected by the colleges. The council meetings are attended by the university president, deans of colleges, vice presidents of the university and the head of the central library in an advisory capacity.
External figures may also participate in the Council’s work in an advisory capacity.

The Council is discussing:

• The university's development plans in the short, medium and long term,
• Proposals for programming training and research processes,
• Annual report on training and research at the university,
• University budget and accounts projects,
• University human resources management plans projects,
• Estimates of the university’s own resources and methods of using them within the framework of developing training and research activities,
• Partnership agreements with various social and economic sectors,
• University internal regulations,
• Annual report on the university’s activities submitted by the university president.
