The Director of the University of El Oued inaugurates the Southern Symposium on “Learning Poverty” Today, December 4, 2023, the Director of the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar, Professor Omar Farhati, inaugurated the one-day Southern Symposium on “Learning Poverty” organized remotely and via Zoom by the Pragmatics and Discourse Analysis Laboratory in partnership with the Higher Council for the Arabic Language and the Ministry of National Education.
