Within the framework of the twinning agreement concluded between the University of Martyr Hamou Lakhdar and the University of Napier-Geni Cheli in the Republic of Tatarstan in the Russian Federation, the Intensive Language Center announced the start of registration for those wishing to learn the Russian language under the supervision of professors from the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia.
