The university director meets with representatives of trade unions
On May 6, 2024, the Director of the University of Chahid Hama Lakhdar, Professor Omar Farhati, held a meeting with representatives of trade unions at the University of the Valley. The meeting was attended by the Secretary-General of the University, Dr. Shawqi Mudallal, the Chairman of the Social Services Committee, Dr. Haima Abdel Qader, the President of the National Union of Professors of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Qadiri Abdel Karim, the President of the National Council of Professors of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Al-Zein Younis, and the President of the Independent National Union of Higher Education Users. Mr. Maida Nabil and the President of the General Union of Algerian Workers, Mrs. Hajar Atatfa.
The university director opened the session, welcoming the attendees, thanking them for accepting the invitation, appreciating the efforts made by the unions and their constant support for the university and the university family. He also appreciated the work that the Social Services Committee has undertaken and is carrying out within the framework of social accompaniment for university members.
The University Rector stressed the need to pay attention to digitizing the work of the Social Services Committee and all the needs of the university family.
The Chairman of the Social Services Committee gave a presentation on the various activities provided by the committee, and all unions appreciated the work of the Social Services Committee in everything that keeps pace with the needs of the university family.
During this meeting, various matters were studied and discussed.
