The University of El Oued wins the half marathon at the University of Gabes

Within the framework of strengthening rapprochement ties between students of Algerian and Tunisian universities and as an embodiment of the partnership agreement between the University of Shahid Hama Lakhdar in El Oued and the University of Gabes
The University of El Oued participated in the Water Half Marathon 2 organized by the University of Gabes in Tunisia on Sunday, March 3, 2024, and this is within the framework of its celebration of its twentieth anniversary in cooperation with the Higher Institute of Floatation and Water Technologies in Gabes.
The El Oued University delegation included Mr. Sami Hawamdi, as the head of the delegation, and the two students:
Student Zalouma Muhammad Al-Habib, who got first place in the under 30 years category, and student Hassa Abdul Karim, who got first place in the over 45 years category.
This demonstration concluded with honoring the winners according to the categories. This sporting event was well received by the participants, which increases the relationship between the two brotherly countries and contributes to valuing and strengthening the 5+5 agreement between Algerian and Tunisian universities.
