مناقشة اول اطروحة دكتوراه LMDفي كلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسية عبر نظام بروغرس

تنفيذا لتوصيات وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي تم اليوم الأربعاء الموافق لــ 03 ماي 2023 بكلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسية بجامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر-الوادي- وبحضور عميد الكلية الاستاذ الدكتور المكي دراجي، مناقشة أول أطروحة دكتوراه في الطور الثالث ) L.M.D (عبر نظام بروغراس وهو النظام الذي وضعته الجهات الوصية مؤخرا من أجل تسهيل وتيسير الاجراءات الادارية المتعلقة بالمناقشة.
اطروحة الدكتوراه الموسومة بعنوان “المسؤولية المدنية للمورد الالكتروني في ظل القانون رقم 18-05 “المنجزة من طرف الطالبة خمقاني كريمة بإشراف الاستاذ الدكتور :دريس كمال فتحي وتحت اشراف لجنة مناقشة برئاسة الاستاذة الدكتورة الهام بن خليفة تعتبر اولى المناقشات عبر نظام بروغريس في كلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسيه و الذي يشير الى انخراط هيئات ومؤسسات وأسرة الجامعة في هذا التوجه الجديد، في انتظار سلسلة من المناقشات عبر هذا النظام في الأيام القادمة.
