تبعًا للمراسلة الواردة من وزارة الشؤون الخارجية والجالية الوطنية بالخارج، تعلم جامعة الشهيد  حمة لخضر  كافة  الأسرة الجامعية أن المعهد المركزي للتكوين في الاتصالات بالهند (Central Institute of Telecommunication) ينظم دورة تكوينية دولية بعنوان:

“الاتصالات من أجل الغد الرقمي(Telecom for Digital Tomorrow)”

🎯 أهداف التكوين:

تهدف هذه الدورة إلى تعميق معارف المشاركين في المجالات التالية:

  • البنى التحتية الرقمية العمومية

  • الخدمة الشاملة

  • الذكاء الاصطناعي وأخلاقياته

  • الجوانب السياسية والتنظيمية والحوكمة في قطاع الاتصالات
