For Teaching Staff

The University of El Oued is pleased to announce the Erasmus+ KA1 2025-2026 mobility opportunities for its teaching staff to visit Sapienza University of Rome. This program supports academic exchange under the Erasmus+ KA1 framework, with partial funding available for selected applicants.

Mobility Details:

• Teaching Staff Mobility Positions: 2
• Duration: 7 days (including 2 days of travel)
• Nomination Period:
  • Second semester:

Financial Support:

Eligible participants will receive financial support, which includes travel and subsistence contributions.

Documents for Application for the 1^st step:

• Curriculum Vitae
• English certificate (minimum B2 for courses in English, B2 for courses in Italian)
• Copy of Passport (valid for more than 6 months during the entire mobility period)
• Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Motivation letter
• List of publications
• Detailed teaching program during the mobility
• Passport-sized photograph
• Invitation letter signed by one of the Sapienza Professors.

After the pre-nomination, the candidates are required to send the following documents in the 2^nd Step:

• Learning Agreement (signed by the Sending University)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Participants must be teaching staff member at any faculty at the university of El Oued.
• Nominated cadidates will receive support based on the selection criteria set by the University of El Oued.
• Subjects’ areas: All Fields.

Nomination and Application Process:

1. Nomination by the University of El Oued:
   • The university will select and nominate cadidates via the Mobility Online platform.
   • Minutes of selection must be provided (detailing the selection process, deadlines, committee members, and full ranking list of candidates).
2. Eligibility Check by Sapienza University of Rome:
   • The International Projects and Mobility Office will verify eligibility and ranking.
3. Online Application Process:
   • Second Semester:
     • Step 1 Registration & Application: October 1^st
     • Step 2, to be provided later.

Academic Calendar:

• Second Semester, you have to check the Sapienza University of Rome official site for more details.

Accommodation & Support Services:

• Selected candidates will receive support in regarding accommodation and services.
• Orientation and Welcome Days will be conducted.
• Non-EU citizens must have a health insurance policy valid in Italy.

Conditions after the mobility

Mobility should include a teaching exchange of at least 7 days, fostering joint academic activities and strengthening cooperation between the institutions.
