وافتتح اللقاء السيد نائب مدير الجامعة البروفيسور رحومة فرحات مشيرا الى أهمية اللقاء والى النقاط المدرجة في جدول الأعمال لاسيما فيما يتعلق بعروض التكوين في الدكتوراه وما جاءت به مراسلة وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، ومجموعة من النقاط الاخرى.
ليفتتح باب النقاش للسادة الحضور لدراسة عدة انشغالات مطروحة بجدول الأعمال ودراسة كل الملاحظات ومعالجة الإشكاليات.
