الامين العام لجامعة الوادي يعقد اجتماعا مع الامناء العامين ورؤساء المخابر

عقد اليوم 16 افريل 2023 السيد الأمين العام لجامعة الشهيد حمه لخضر شوقي مدلل اجتماعا تنسيقيا بقاعة الاجتماعات مع الامناء العامين ورؤساء المخابر للكليات والمديرة الفرعية للميزانية .

وقد خصص الاجتماع لدراسة ومناقشة تسيير الآليات الجديدة حول ميزانية المخابر حيث فتح الأمين العام للجامعة باب الحوار وأعطى مؤشرات وتوجيهات حول صرف الميزانية وتوزيع الاعتمادات المالية الممنوحة لكل مخبر استنادا على المدونة القديمة مع التنسيق بالمدونة الجديدة. ودعا السادة الحضور إلى الانضباط والحرص على التسيير مع تحمل كل المسؤولية مطالبا كل أمين عام لكل كلية بجلسة عمل مع رئيس المخبر الخاص بها لطرح استفساراتهم واقتراحاتهم.

وقد تجاوب مدراء المخابر خلال طرحهم لانشغالاتهم واقتراحاتهم حول العديد من المسائل المتعلقة بمدى صرف الميزانية.
