Professor Ferhati emphasized the importance of these periodic meetings, held at the start of each academic year, to ensure transparent and effective communication with the university\u2019s social partners. The rector also committed to addressing the union\u2019s concerns and finding appropriate solutions, acknowledging the vital role of union members in improving the university&#8217;s operations and employee welfare.<\/p>\n<p>The union representatives expressed their appreciation for the Rector\u2019s efforts and commitment to enhancing the university\u2019s environment for all staff and employees, highlighting the positive impact of the administration\u2019s approach to collaboration and dialogue.<\/p>\n<p>This event serves as clear evidence of the University of El Oued&#8217;s recognition and support for workers&#8217;
