Today, February 19, 2023, Professor Omar Ferhati, the Rector of the University of El Oued, presided over the installation of the supervision and monitoring committee for implementing the training program for professors, researchers, and doctoral students in English language. The event was attended by the Vice-Rector of the University in charge of pedagogy, Professor Bachir Mennai; the General Secretary of the University, Mr. Chaouki Medellel; and the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Languages, Professor Dalal Ouachen.
