The forum brought together more than a thousand participants from different regions of Russia and foreign countries (Algeria, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, India, Iran, China, Turkey).<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:252\">Mr. Rector of the University gave a presentation in which he introduced the university and the Algerian higher education system. He also praised the nature of the distinguished Algerian-Russian relations throughout the common history of struggle.<\/p>\n<p data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:422\">The presentation of the Vice-Rector for External Relations and Cooperation, Professor ElHabib Guedda, was devoted to presenting the university&#8217;s strategy for international openness, which is one of the priorities that the university administration has focused on in the institution&#8217;s project.
