The agreement was signed by Professor Omar Ferhati, Rector of the University of El Oued, and Professor Galina F. Zainullina, Rector of the Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University.<\/p>\r\n<p data-sourcepos=\"5:1-5:82\">The signing ceremony was held in the central meeting hall and was attended by:<\/p>\r\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"7:1-11:0\">\r\n<li data-sourcepos=\"7:1-7:112\">Vice-Rectors of the University of El Oued in charge of external relations, pedagogy, development and foresight<\/li>\r\n<li data-sourcepos=\"8:1-8:53\">Director of the Higher School of Desert Agriculture<\/li>\r\n<li data-sourcepos=\"9:1-9:64\">Deans of the faculties and their deputies in charge of studies<\/li>\r\n<li data-sourcepos=\"10:1-11:0\">Secretary-General of the University<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p data-sourcepos=\"12:1-12:132\">During the meeting, the Vice-Rector of the University of El Oued presented a video presentation about the university, including:<\/p>\r\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"14:1-18:0\">\r\n<li data-sourcepos=\"14:1-14:15\">Its faculties<\/li>\r\n<li data-sourcepos=\"15:1-15:47\">Various educational and scientific facilities<\/li>\r\n<li data-sourcepos=\"16:1-16:20\">Number of students<\/li>\r\n<li data-sourcepos=\"17:1-18:0\">Diversity of disciplines<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p data-sourcepos=\"19:1-19:110\">The Russian delegation also gave a similar presentation about the educational university in their country.<\/p>\r\n<p data-sourcepos=\"21:1-21:100\">The rectors of the two universities discussed ways of cooperation between them, including:<\/p>\r\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"23:1-25:0\">\r\n<li data-sourcepos=\"23:1-23:34\">Student and scientific exchanges<\/li>\r\n<li data-sourcepos=\"24:1-25:0\"><span class=\"citation-0 citation-end-0\">The possibility of opening a branch of the Russian Center for Russian Culture and Language at the level of the Language Intensive Education Center<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p data-sourcepos=\"26:1-26:221\">The Russian delegation visited the various laboratories of the Faculty of Nature and Life and expressed its admiration for the remarkable development that the University of El Oued <span class=\"citation-1\">has reached in several fields.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p data-sourcepos=\"28:1-28:49\"><span class=\"citation-1\">The Rector of the Tatar University will also:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"30:1-32:0\">\r\n<li data-sourcepos=\"30:1-30:105\"><span class=\"citation-1 citation-end-1\">Give a lecture tomorrow, Tuesday, at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li data-sourcepos=\"31:1-32:0\">Organize a tourist tour for the delegation in the city of El Oued and several areas of the Souf Valley<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p data-sourcepos=\"33:1-33:60\">The Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University has:<\/p>\r\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"35:1-38:0\">\r\n<li data-sourcepos=\"35:1-35:13\">7 faculties<\/li>\r\n<li data-sourcepos=\"36:1-36:52\">An institute for additional professional education<\/li>\r\n<li data-sourcepos=\"37:1-38:0\">More than 5,000 students, including 7% from abroad<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p data-sourcepos=\"39:1-39:50\">The university&#8217;s pedagogical program includes:<\/p>\r\n<ul data-sourcepos=\"41:1-46:0\">\r\n<li data-sourcepos=\"41:1-41:25\">70 educational programs<\/li>\r\n<li data-sourcepos=\"42:1-42:47\">More than 300 additional educational programs<\/li>\r\n<li data-sourcepos=\"43:1-43:21\">2 innovation spaces<\/li>\r\n<li data-sourcepos=\"44:1-44:33\">3 regional innovation platforms<\/li>\r\n<li data-sourcepos=\"45:1-46:0\">22 research and development groups<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p data-sourcepos=\"47:1-47:122\">The university is also involved in international university cooperation agreements
