The university was represented by its Vice Rector for External Relations, Professor El-Habib Guedda, who emphasized in his speech that the university is open to its social and cultural surroundings by encouraging and supporting such noble initiatives related to foreign language development and acquisition in Algeria in general and the south in particular by students. He expressed the university\u2019s readiness and the full support of its Rector, Professor Omar Ferhati, for such beneficial events that benefit everyone.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The event was also attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Languages, Professor Dalal Wechan, and her vice-dean for postgraduate research, Dr. Nasser Dahdah, who delivered a scientific presentation on the topic. Additionally, the head of the English Language Department, Dr. Sahraoui Belkassem, and Dr. Miloudi Monir contributed with valuable presentation in French, along with the presence of the university\u2019s press and publishing officer, Dr. Khalifa Ga\u00efd.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">During the opening of the event, the director of the school, Dr. Aouid Khadija, welcomed the forum\u2019s guests, including professors from within and outside the country.
