Also,\u00a0 the Dean of the Faculty of Technology, Professor Ali Shemsa, the Secretary-General of the University, Mr. Chaouki Medellel, the Director of the University Incubator, Professor Farhat Fouad, and a representative from the Higher School of Saharan Agriculture, Mokhtar Ben Halima were present .<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">This new facility is considered as a qualitative addition to the University of El Oued, and features a variety of wings designed to host laboratory research activities and scientific training in the field of renewable energies in desert areas.
