font-size: 18px;\"><strong>Scope of the Anti-Discrimination Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/h4><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The policy explicitly covers all major protected characteristics and applies to all members of the university community (Professors, Students, and Technical and Support Staff &#8211;
